The Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and Department of Education (DepEd) will conduct a Public Consultations on the proposed Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 10647, entitled “An Act Strengthening the Ladderized Interface Between Technical-Vocational Education and Training and Higher Education”, otherwise known as the “Ladderized Education Act of 2014”.
This IRR intends to operationalize the intent of the Law to open pathways of opportunities for career and education profession of students and workers and create a seamless and borderless system of education. In this regard, all public and private Technical Vocational Institutions and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are invited to participate in the said event. This undertaking of CHED, TESDA and DepEd shall serve as a venue for exchanging of ideas and information that will ensure the development of responsive Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 10647.
