In support of the priorities and directions of the new administration, embodied in TESDA’s Framework on TVET for Poverty Reduction, TESDA CALABARZON held a regional multi-sectoral consultation with its various stakeholders to share TESDA’s priority program for the next six (6) years.
A joint activity of the RTESDC and TESDA IV-A, the consultation determined the TVET needs and providers of the different sectors and how TESDA interventions can help close the gaps to achieve the government’s goal of poverty reduction.
The consultation was held last 05 September at the Monte Vista Resort, Pansol, Calamba, Laguna and was attended by partners from the industry, LGUs, NGOs/POs, NGAs and TVET associations. TESDA IV-A’s partners were also recognized during the program for Kabalikat and TESDA Idols, including the region’s model employees.
