San Jose, Occidental Mindoro was the next stop for Secretary Joel Villanueva for the TESDA TRAINING TRABAHO PROGRAM graduation ceremonies. Sec Joel was received by local government officials and almost 500 graduates of the TESDA Special Training for Employment Program or STEP.
One featured graduate under STEP is Christian Jay Navarro, 22 years old from Calintaan Occidental Mindoro who received his portable welding machine from Sec Joel. He dreams of being employed abroad and help his family.
