Santiago City was the next venue for Sec Joel’s Region 2 Training Trabaho Roadshow, this time for the provinces of Isabela and Quirino. Around a total of 500 graduates received their certificates from Sec Joel which was witnessed by local government officials led by Governor Junie Cua who was also a former colleague of Sec Joel in the House of Representatives when he was CIBAC Partylist Congressman.
Other beneficiaries also received toolkits under the TESDA Special Training for Education Program (STEP) in different trade areas like dressmaking, massage therapy, electrical installation and many others.
