TESDA through its head Secretary Joel Villanueva reached out to our heroes in uniform, initially to the 100 wounded scout rangers currently assigned in First Scout Ranger Regiment in Camp Tecson, San Miguel Bulacan to avail of scholarship for tech-voc courses. Our hero beneficiaries will undergo a different training and this time in trade disciplines in welding, visual graphics and electrical installation. TESDA has identified 300 wounded soldiers for the project and hopes to replicate the said partnership in other areas.
