Secretary Joel Villanueva represented the tech-voc sector in DSWD's 'Pagdiriwang Para sa Pantawid Pamilya 2015 Graduation’ with His Excellency President Benigno S. Aquino III as Guest of Honor. Sec. Joel completed the Philippine Education triumvirate in attendance with Sec. Bro. Armin Lusitro of DepEd for secondary education and Chair Patricia Liquanan of CHED for tertiary education.
The 10,000 graduates who are recipients of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) attended the event. It was the biggest graduation of 4Ps recipients so far. The said program is a partnership of TESDA and DSWD.
