More than 600 graduates received their certificates in the graduation rites led by SEC. JOEL VILLANUEVA in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Antipolo City. Sec Joel also awarded medals to outstanding tech-voc graduates of their classes assisted by TESDA Region 4-A Regional Director Nenette Dela Cruz and Rizal Provincial Director Velma Salazar. Graduates of the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) also received their tool kits to be used for their chosen trade. Local government officials led by Antipolo City Mayor Junjun Ynares and Congressman Robbie Puno were also present during the graduation rites.
