A rockstar welcome as how the host DJ Major Blanco described the gracing of SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA in the Career Advocacy and Mass Graduation of 2,546 Tech-Voc students from different institutions in Negros Oriental. Sec Joel led the graduation ceremonies with a record of more than 6 thousand people in attendance. Local government officials headed by Governor Roel Degamo and Vice Governor Edward Masias and several Provincial Board Members also graced the event including Mayors of different towns and cities of the said province led by the host City Mayor Manuel Sagarbarria of Dumaguete.
Sec Joel also distributed toolkits for courses in carpentry, shielded metal arc welding, dressmaking, massage therapy, hairdressing and many others to those graduates of the said courses.
