After from Macalelon, Quezon, SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA and Team Trabaho went straight to Gumaca, Quezon to lead the ceremonies of the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) Mass Graduation, this time in GUMACA Quezon. Sec Joel was warmly received by Congresswoman Helen Tan, M.D. of the 4th District of Quezon Province. Around 600 women of the Kababaihan of 4K (Kababaihan Kabalikatan para sa Kapakanan at Kaunlaran) also received free massage, haircut, manicure, nail art and facial services from TESDA and partner tech-voc institutions.
Mayor Erwin Caralian of Gumaca, Mayor Sonny Ubana of Lopez, Mayor Crispin Calasio of Quezon and Mayor Jose Mendoza of Atimonan also graced the event and welcomed Sec Joel.
