SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA led the ceremonies of the Grassroots Participatory Budgeting Projects (GPBP) Mass Graduation in the Municipality of Macalelon, Quezon Province. Graduates of Shielded Metal Arc Wielding (SMAW) NC II, Install Wiring Devices / Install Lighting Systems (Leading to Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II) and Service Automotive Electrical (Leading to Automotive Servicing NC II) were awarded their certificates in the graduation rites attended by local government officials led by Congresswoman Aleta Suarez and Macalelon Mayor Nelson Traje.
Sec Joel also awarded Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) Scholarship vouchers to the constituents of the 3rd District of Quezon. TESDA also provided free massage, haircut, manicure, nail art and facial services to the women of Macalelon and nearby municipalities.
