Secretary Joel Villaneuva led the distribution of scholarship vouchers for the province of Nueva Ecija in a ceremony held Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) in the municipality of Gabaldon of the said province. Several local government officials welcomed Sec Joel led by Mayor Rolando Bue.
Sec Joel also gave honor to Joshua D. Mina of the Central Luzon State University -CTC Foundation in Munoz Nueva Ecija who bagged the gold medal in the 10th ASEAN Skills Competition in Hanoi Vietnam.
