Secretary Joel Villanueva led the distribution of scholarship for agriculture for the province of Tarlac held in Tarlac College of Agriculture. Sec Joel presented the scholarship to Local government officials led by Vice-Governor Kit Cojuangco and Congressman Noel Villanueva of the third district of the province.
Officers and heads of the Philippine Association of Higher Education and Training Institutions Tarlac Chapter headed by Mr. Chito De Jesus were also present to witness the distribution ceremonies.
