SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA inspired the more than three thousand youth in his keynote message during the Youth Leadership Forum 2014 in Rizal, Nueva Ecija. Inspired by the national hero Dr. Jose Rizal from whom the name of the town was derived, the forum bore the theme ‘Kabataan: Taas Noo, Rizaleño Ako!’ Three thousand students and youth leaders, youth organization representatives from different schools in Rizal gathered to take part in the day-long seminar and forum that featured talks in leadership from known motivational speakers.
Rizal Local government officials led by Mayor Lito Andres received Sec Joel with a warm welcome and he also introduced the guest of honor and speaker. Globe Telecom was a major sponsor represented by Ms. Malen Gonzales.
