The people of CARAGA region and Butuan City warmly welcomed SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA in his recent visit in the region. First stop of Sec Joel’s CARAGA itinerary was to pay a courtesy visit to Mayor Ferdinand Amante, Jr. Butuan City Mayor before proceeding to Robinsons Mall Butuan City where he led the awarding of scholarship vouchers to CARAGA region beneficiaries.
Sec Joel also demonstrated his barista skills in front of the media and tech-voc stakeholders. After the demonstration, Sec Joel proceeded to the TESDA Specialista Desk in the Lingkod Bayan Center in Robinsons which was followed by a press conference.
