SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA was the Guest of Honor and Commencement Speaker today during the Parañaque Livelihood Resource Management Office (PLRMO) Parañaque Skills Training Center 78th Commencement Exercises at SM Sucat Event Center. PLRMO, which is run by the City of Parañaque headed by Mayor Edwin Olivarez, produced almost a thousand graduates of different Tech-Voc courses. Several local government officials including Conggressman Eric Olivarez, Vice-Mayor Rico Golez and Barangay Captains and Kagawads were also present during the ceremony.
