SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA headed the TESDA contingent in the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DOST-ICT Office during the 9th Knowledge Exchange Conference in Century Park Hotel in Manila. The MOU will strengthen the reach of TESDA Online Program where it will be made available online by DOST Edukskills Program. The TESDA Online Program, which contains 15 courses, is available at www.tesda.gov.ph and currently has more than 240,000 users. Sec Joel made promise that in the coming weeks, courses will be made available for download for user review and study offline.

Ang ating TOP po ay epektibong pamamaraan para maabot ng TESDA ang ating mga kababayan na hindi makapunta ng TESDA.”
