TESDA is currently conducting the National Directorate Conference (NDC) headed by Sec Joel Villanueva with the theme "Look Back. Weigh Hard. Hit Forward!" to assess the mid-year accomplishment and performance of all TESDA operating offices and units. The NDC is also a venue for identifying and adopting strategies and initiatives that will address operational challenges to realize goals and targets.
