SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA was the guest of honor during the inauguration of the new Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina (PLMar) building in SSS Village Marikina which was funded by the city government headed by Sec Joel's former colleague in congress and friend Mayor Del De Guzman. The new building has 5 floors, 72 classrooms and huge space for further improvement. This will house both degree and tech-voc courses of PLMar.
