SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA convened this year's first EXECOM meeting with optimism that technical vocational education and training (TVET) in the country will continue to make vast changes. With the growing confidence now in tech-voc, the execom members see TESDA's greater impact on the lives of our kababayans this 2014 and the coming years.
