THE TESDA 2013 SPORTSFEST commenced early morning today with a fun run led by SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA. TESDA employees and their families joined the 5K and 3K categories. A torch relay and the oath of sportsmanship followed after the run. Sec Joel gave the awards to the finishers. Afterwards, he led the ceremonial toss to kick off the basketball game.
