BAGUIO CITY WAS THE NEXT STOP OF SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA FOR THE C4TP Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) Launching. TESDA CAR targets 4,695 out-of-school youth beneficiaries in the whole region. Baguio and Benguet province have a combined 1,037 beneficiaries who will be trained either for Wage Employment or Self-Employment. DSWD identifies the out-of-school youth beneficiaries while TESDA, through its administered training institutions and partner schools, will conduct the actual skills training.
