SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA along with TESDA employees attended the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) 79th year foundation anniversary which was led by Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz and where President Noynoy Aquino was the guest of honor and keynote speaker. President Aquino lauded DOLE and TESDA in his speech for the achievements in the respective agencies. TESDA is an attached agency of DOLE.
