More than one thousand seven hundred graduates of the TESDA TRAINING TRABAHO program greeted SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA during the graduation rites in Bataan People’s Center, Balanga Bataan. Governor Albert “Abet” Garcia received Sec Joel along with Mayor Jessie Concepcion of Mariveles, Mayor Benjie Serano of Orani, Mayor Antonio Raymundo of Orion, Mayor Ana Santiago of Abucay, Mayor Gene Dela Fuente of Samal, and Mayor Gila Garcia of Dinalupihan. The Mayors stood as witnesses to the graduates of their respective constituents. Graduates of the Special Training for Employment (STEP) Program under the self-employment track also received tool kits for their chosen field.
