SEC. JOEL VILLANUEVA led the mass graduation of more than 1,000 graduates of Training Trabaho program of TESDA in the newly built Cainta Cultural Center in Cainta Elementary School. Secretary Joel was accompanied by local government officials of Cainta led by Rizal Province Governor Nini Ynares, Cainta City Mayor Kit Nieto and Vice Mayor Pia Veloso. The more than one thousand graduates received their certificates and graduates of the TESDA STEP (Skills Training for Employment Program) who opted for the self-employment track received their tool kits to start their respective trades.
