SEC JOEL VILLANUEVA was the guest of honor and speaker during the Grassroots Participatory Budgeting (GBP) - Bacoor Trainees’ Graduation Rites in the city of Bacoor. More than two thousand graduates stood proud as they received their certificates in their respective fields. Aside from the different TVI administrators in attendance, city officials headed by Bacoor City Mayor Strike Revilla and DILG provincial and city officials also graced the said event. Sixteen graduates who showed extra ordinary training performance also received the Secretary Joel Villanueva’s Outstanding Tech-Voc Students Medals.
