TESDA Secretary Kiko Benitez welcomed officials from Vanuatu and Tuvalu in a knowledge exchange visit, where the agency shared best practices in technical education and skills development, alongside policies that contribute to labor mobility of migrant workers. The International Organization for Migration (IOM) also joined the visit.
The agency also highlighted its approach to forecasting labor market trends up to a 5-year horizon, allowing the Philippines to align skills training with industry demands and future workforce needs.
