Dubbed as TEAM TRABAHO, PBA legends Alvin "The Captain" Patrimonio, Jerry Codiñera, Bal David, Rodney Santos, Bobby Jose, Kenneth Duremdes and Marlou Aquino joined TESDA Chief Secretary Joel Villanueva in advancing the cause of Tech-voc and TESDA in the recent basketball exhibition game entitled “Shoot For Your Dream” as part of TESDA’s 20th anniversary celebrations.
Sec Joel lead the TEAM TRABAHO who played against TESDA SPECIALISTA composed of the agency’s employees and tech-voc students from different schools. Team TRABAHO won over TESDA Specialista, 135-120. The famous PBA cagers have joined Sec Joel in many out-of-town exhibition matches for the same cause in Iloilo and Cebu pitting against TESDA Specialista and noted personalities in the respective places.
SHOOT FOR YOUR DREAM is a project of SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA which aims to motivate and help the Filipino youth especially out-of-school-youths (OSYs) to turn their dreams into a reality.
