Secretary Joel Villanueva led the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between TESDA and the Kapisanan ng Mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP). KBP Chairman Mr. Ruperto "Jun" Nicdao, Jr. of the Manila Broadcasting Company and KBP President Mr. Herman Basbano of the Bombo Radyo Philippines signed on the part of the KBP. Members and officers of the KBP Board were in full force during this significant event. TESDA PIO Diretor Martha Hernandez stood as witness to the MOA signing.
