DESPITE HEAVY RAINS, LABUYO STORM SIGNAL NUMBER 2 did not stop SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA in the scheduled twin event of launching the TESDA Mobile Bus and the Unveiling Ceremony of the TESDA Zambales Assessment Center in Iba. The TESDA Mobile Training Plus in Zambales will have its tour of duty in the province for more than a month. The launching and unveiling ceremony were also attended by Governor Hermogenes E. Ebdane Jr., Vice Governor Ramon G. Lacbain, Former Congressman Jun Omar Ebdane and Vice Mayor Jun Farin. TESDA Region 3 headed by RD Ted Gatchalian and OIC-PD Virginia Bondoc hosted the events.
"Hindi po mapipigilan ng bagyo ang ating pamahalaan lalong-lalo na po ang TESDA sa pagbibigay ng kaukulang serbisyo para sa ating mga kababayan. Patuloy po tayong lilikha ng mga pagkakataon at oportunidad sa ating mga kababayan upang maramdaman at maging kaagapay nila ang pamahalaan sa kanilang matuwid na pag-unlad. Nagagalak po tayo at nariyan ang full support ng ating mga local government units sa pagsusulong ng mga programa at adbokasiya ng TESDA."
