OFFICE: ACCOUNTING DIVISION (AD), FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE (FMS), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-19 (Php 48,313.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15% - Reviews payroll and other regular payments with due considerations to deductions (loans, mandatory deductions, taxes, etc.); 10% - Ensures compliance to financial policies with regards to payment of expenditures; 15% - Reviews withholding and remittance of taxes; 10% - Ensures accuracy, timeliness and completeness of financial reports; 10% - Ensures that expenditures, income and other financial transactions are recorded in the books of accounts; 10% - Ensures strict compliance to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the recording of financial transactions; 15% - Reviews, analyzes and consolidates financial reports from regional offices; 10% - Ensures strict monitoring of cash advances, payables and receivables; and 5% - Performs other duties as assigned.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Business Administration, major in Accounting/Accountancy Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: RA 1080 (Certified Public Accountant)

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•Exceptional skills in written and oral communication •Working knowledge on MS Office Applications •Good in oral and written communications •Possesses positive work attitude •Excellent interpersonal relations

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2020 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2021 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email address for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
