POSITION: Administrative Assistant III

SALARY: SG 9 Php19,593.00 PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

30% - Operates the computer in encoding and printing data from source documents; 20% - Maintains the filing system and documentation system of the office; 20% - Prepares presentation materials, reports and statistics; 20% - Performs required housekeeping and reports malfunction to supervisor; and 10% - Performs other related functions


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education : Completion of two-year studies in College Experience : 1 year of relevant experience Training : 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional)/Firs Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•Working knowledge of MS Office Applications •Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude •Good moral character and work ethics •Can work under pressure
