SALARY: SG 19- Php48,313.00 PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

10% - Plans Training Session; 5% - Prepares Session Plan; 30% - Delivers Competency-Based Technical Vocational Education and Training; 10% - Plans and conducts Competency Assessment; 5% - Maintains Training Facilities; 5% - Conducts Community Outreach and Extension Services and programs; 5% - Assist in the Development of Instructional Materials; 5% - Recommends Social Marketing and Advocacy program of the school; 5% - Recommends Research and Development Program of the School; 5% - Contributes to Development of school policies; 5% - Participates in the school’s special programs and activities; 4% - Develop and maintains a safe workplace and environment; 2% - Applies Work Ethics and Values; 2% - Assists in the monitoring of programs and projects conducted and recommends measures for effective implementation of the programs; and 2% - Performs other related functions.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s Degree Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NC) II Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•Good communication skills (oral and written) •Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications •Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude •Good moral character and work ethics •Must have an ability in analytical and creative thinking •With high level of interpersonal skills •With high effective organizational skills •Knowledgeable in project development and management •Holder of National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC)

  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 and 2020 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2020 and July to December 2020 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email address for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
