5% - Lead the preparation of the agency’s annual communication plan; 10% - Plan, develop and manage media campaigns of TESDA, including campaigns in the online platforms; 5% - Lead and coordinate the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of agency communication and advocacy plans to increase TESDA’s visibility and media coverage of TVET sector; 5% - Respond to the public queries and other request for TESDA information services received from the TESDA Hotline, official social media accounts, CSC-Contact Center ng Bayan, Hotline 8888, Presidential Complaint Center and other government complaint centers; 5% - Assist in the preparation of the Division’s Annual Work and Financial Plan, and Monitoring and Accomplishment Reports; 5% - Lead and facilitate the production of TESDA’s information, education and communication (IEC) materials such as newsletters, flyers, brochures and other print and online materials; 10% - Manage and administer official social accounts of the agency including Facebook, Twitter and Youtube; 5% - Assist in the management of contents for TESDA mobile app and other online platforms; 5% - Prepare scripts for and/or host the TESDA Abot Lahat radio program or any future radio/virtual programs; 10% - Write speeches, press releases, media statements, and briefing notes for media interviews; 5% - Contributes stories for TESDA Annual Report; 5% - Facilitate press briefings/conferences and media coverage; 5% - Facilitate/coordinate radio/TV guesting and interviews of TESDA officials; 5% - Facilitate participation of the agency to exhibit and fairs; 5% - Establish and maintain network of regional and provincial TESDA information officers; and 10% - Perform other related functions as may be assigned.
