OFFICE: PROVINCIAL TRAINING CENTER – BILIRAN, TESDA REGION VIII
SALARY: SG-19 (PhP 48,313.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

5% - Reviews and participates in the works of lower level specialist; 10% - Conducts independent researches and studies; 25% - Provides technical/ instructional services to agency’s beneficiaries; 10% - Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as well as formulating educational/ training program for a subject field; 5% - Prepares and submits programs, plans and proposed schedule of the trainings handled; 15% - Identifies, facilitates and ensures availability of all requirements needed for the training, including competency-based learning materials; 5% - Facilitates the conduct of Training Instruction Program to the learners; 5% - Facilitates deployment of learners to establishments for supervised industry learning and employment opportunities; 15% - Performs the competencies required of a trainer; and 5% - Prepares and submits required reports

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•Must be a holder of at least National Certificate (NC) II preferably in Heavy Equipment Operation and/or Driving; •Trainer’s Methodology Certificate (TMC) and National TVET Trainer’s Certificate (NTTC) holder; •Knowledgeable in computer software operations; •Proficient in written and oral communication; •Mentally fit

  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 and 2020 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2020 and July to December 2020 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email address for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
