SALARY: SG16 Php36,628.00 PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% - Conducts training in basic, common, and core competencies in Center-Based and Community-Based/Industry-Based programs; 15% - Prepares session plan, progress chart, and trainee evaluation; 15% - Develops competency-based learning materials/devices; 15% - Implements special training projects for specific clients; 15% - Conducts competency assessment; 10% - Keeps records, prepares, and submits required reports; and 10% - Performs other related functions.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Training: 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•National Certificate II Holder •National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) Holder •Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing •Working knowledge of MS Office Applications •Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude •Good moral character and work ethics •Can work under pressure
