SALARY: SG-19 Php 56,390.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% - Coordinates the scheduling, conduct, and documentation of competency assessments. 20% - Monitors compliance of assessment centers and assessors with TESDA regulations and quality standards. 10% - Facilitates the validation and issuance of National Certificates and Certificates of Competency. 10% - Provides technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries/ stakeholders 10% - Undertakes analysis and analysis of project proposals and research studies; 10% - Reviews and participates in the works of lower level specialist 10% - Coordinates/monitors the preparation of periodic reports; 5% - Collects and analyzes assessment data for policy input and system improvement. 5% - Performs related work and other assigned tasks


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree Relevant to the Job Experience: Two (2) Years Relevant Experience Training: Eight (8) Hours of Relevant Training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have an ability in analytical and critical thinking • Must be adaptable to work changes • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications • Excellent in written and oral communication • Good interpersonal relationship and possesses positive work attitude • Possesses good teamwork attitude • Must have an ability in analytical and critical thinking

• Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies or Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings in the last rating period (if applicable); or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility.
