Education: Bachelor's Degree Relevant to the Job Experience: Two (2) Years Relevant Experience Training: Eight (8) Hours of Relevant Training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility
• Preferably holder of NC in Bookkeeping, Tile Setting, Driving, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Construction Painting, and other Construction related courses; • Preferably holder of NTTC related to Bookkeeping, Tile Setting, Driving, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Construction Painting, and other Construction related courses; • Preferably with industry experience related to NTTC; • Proficient in oral and written communication skills; • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications; • Good in Networking and Linkaging; • Planning Skills; • Monitoring and Evaluation Skills • Possesses Positive Work Attitude; • Good Interpersonal Relations; • Conflict Management Skills; • Assertive and can work under pressure; • With Analytical and Creative Thinking; and • Research and Development Skills

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings in the last rating period (if applicable); or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;
• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;
• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):

- Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);
• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility.
