SALARY: SG-16 Php 43,560.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% Plans and monitor the implementation of scholarship program of the District; 20% Conduct necessary activities before, during and after the implementation of scholarship program; 20% Provides assistance to the TVIs implementing the scholarship programs; 20% Process documents for scholarship billing; 20% Encodes enrollment, Graduated, Assessed, Certified and Employed in the Scholarship Program monitoring and Online reporting (SPMOR).


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree Relevant to the Job Experience: One (1) Years Relevant Experience Training: Four (4) Hours of Relevant Training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

• Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies or Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified  photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings in the last rating period (if applicable); or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility.
