25 % - Operational Management and Executive Support - Assist the Executive Director in the day-to-day management of the Executive Office. - Ensure the alignment and execution of institutional programs, projects, and initiatives. - Provide analytical and policy support for operational issues and emerging institutional concerns. 15 % - Stakeholder and Partnership Engagement - Lead and coordinate partnerships with national and international stakeholders in TVET. - Represent the Executive Office in external engagements. - Foster collaborative relationships for program enhancement and innovation. 15 % - Policy Formulation and Governance - Assist in the formulation and review of institutional policies and guidelines. - Promote policy coherence and ensure compliance with regulations. 20 % - Strategic Planning and Monitoring - Support planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and systems under the Executive Office. - Prepare evaluation reports and analysis to inform executive decisions. - Participate in institutional strategy reviews and planning exercises. 20 % - Human Resource and Organizational Development - Manage the development of a strong and motivated workforce within NITESD. - Assist in Supervising the trainers' development programs. - Support talent management, coaching, and leadership development. - Promote professionalism and continuous improvement. 5 % - Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as authorized or delegated by the Executive Director.
