SALARY: SG-19 Php 56,390.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

5% - Review and participates in the works of lower-level specialist 10% - Conducts independent researches and studies 10% - Provides technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries. 10% - Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as well as in formulating educational/training program for subject field; 10% - Assists in directing, supervising and coordinating the operations and activities in the DTC 8% - Recommend systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation 8% - Ensures the implementation and conduct of the programs / projects 8% - Strengthens and improves the research technology development of the TTI 8% - Maintains public relations with the community, industry and government and non-government organizations 5% - Capable to process financial documents and preparation of proposals 5% - Promotes non-formal extension programs 5% - Coordinates the preparations of periodic reports 8% - Performs related work and other assigned tasks


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree Relevant to the Job Experience: 2 Years Relevant Experience Training: Eight (8) Hours of Relevant Training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in oral and written communication • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications • Good in networking and linkaging • Possesses positive work attitude • Good interpersonal relations • NTTC Holder • National Certificate II (NC II) Holder of Tile Setting NC II and other construction related courses • Holder of Trainers Methodology Certificate Level I

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for January to December 2024 for outside

  applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA

  applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Work experience sheet (CS Form No. 212) (mm-dd-yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
