SALARY: SG-19 Php 56,390.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% - Conducts training in basic, common and core competencies in Center-Based and Community Based/Industry Based 20% - Conducts competency assessment 10% - Prepares session plan, progress chart and trainee evaluation 10% - Develops competency-based learning materials/devices. 10% - Conducts studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instructions 10% - Prepares and administers tests to evaluate instructions 10% - Provides guidance and support to trainees 5% - Maintenance tools and equipment and facilities used in the training program 5% - Performs other functions as may be required


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree Relevant to the Job Experience: 2 Years Relevant Experience Training: Eight (8) Hours of Relevant Training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably holder of NTTC related to HVAC, Mechatronics, Automotive, or Multimedia. • Preferably with at least two (2) industry related to NTTC • Planning Skills • Oral and Written Communication Skills • Monitoring and Evaluation Skills • Negotiation Skills • Research and Development Skills • Skills in Networking and Linkaging • Conflict Management Skills • Adheres to Professional/Work Ethics • Assertive and can work under pressure • With Analytical and Creative Thinking • Excellent Interpersonal Relations

• Service Records;

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified

  photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for January to December 2024 for outside

  applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA

  applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Work experience sheet (CS Form No. 212) (mm-dd-yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
