30% - Processes the enrollment and registration of learners and beneficiaries for scholarship and other training programs offered by the Center, in accordance with policies and audit requirements. 20% - Conducts and delivers competency-based and blended learning programs, including community-based training. 10% - Prepares and updates competency-based curricula, session plans, CBLMs, institutional assessment tools, and training and maintenance plans according to operational procedures. 10% - Prepares and executes budget/fund utilization and monitors budget obligations against the budget utilization rate. 10% - Responds to inquiries. 10% - Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. 10% - Performs other related functions.

Special Qualifications: • Holder of at least a Certificate of Recognition as a Community-Based Trainer • Physically and mentally fit, with good moral character • Intermediate to advanced oral and written communication skills • Advanced computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office applications, as well as proficiency in Internet and online applications • Adheres to professional work ethics • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision • Advanced application of T2MIS and BSRS • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment • Holder of at least a Trainer’s Methodology Level I Training Certificate
