20 % - Assists the Chief TESD Specialist in managing the operations of the Division, including the development of courses for the TESDA Online Program, implementation of the Multi-Regional TESDA Online Program, and strengthening partnerships and linkages with internal and external stakeholders; 20 % - Recommends to the Chief of Division the loading and assignments of each personnel in the Division to ensure alignment with the Office mandates, priorities and deliverables; 15 % - Assists the Division Chief in formulating or reviewing policy recommendations on open, online, and blended learning, and other educational technologies for TVET; 15 % - Supervises the conduct of research and development in support of the implementation of programs and projects on open, online and blended learning, and other educational technologies for TVET; 10 % - Monitor and evaluate personnel performance and the accomplishments of the Division; 10 % - Recommend the training needs of the personnel and the staff development program of the personnel; 5 % - Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports; and 5 % - Performs other related functions.

• With at least five (5) years of verifiable experience in leading the development of e-learning materials, implementation of open, online, and blended learning, and other educational technologies and strategies, and conducting research on educational technologies. • With at least forty (40) hours of training in the development of e-learning materials, learning management system (LMS) administration, and open, online, and blended learning implementation.
