DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES of the position: - 15% Assists the District Director in directing, supervising and coordinating the operations of the District Office; - 15% Recommends to the District Director systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation; - 15% Administers the implementation of the programs/projects - 15% Strengthens and improves the research technology development of the district - 10% Maintains public relations with the community, industry and government and non-government organizations - 10% Promotes non-formal extension programs - 10% Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports - 5% Prepares Project Proposal - 5% Performs related work and other assigned tasks
