Prepares Annual Budget of the Regional Office by reviewing and consolidating the budget plans submitted by the various offices and submits to the Chief FASD for review. 2. Evaluates and analyzes fund utilization and other periodic reports by reviewing the correctness and accuracy of entries and statement to be able to prepare the fund utilization status and reports of the office for submission to the chief,FASD for review. 3. Conducts internal budget consultations/hearing by preparing the necessary budgetary documents,related policies and guidelines and other reference materials to be used during the consultations/hearinfg to be able to come-up with a comprehensive and realistic budget proposal/plan. 20 % Report Preparation and Documentation (Demonstrates advanced skills and extensive experience in rerport preparation and documentation. Prepare Fund Utilization Reports (FURs), monthly Statement of Obligations and Balances (SAOB) and other required budgetary reports and provides analysis for information of higher management. 15 % - Secretariat and Liaison Services (Demonstrates advanced skills and extensive experience in secretariat and liaisoning services. Consistently applies technical skills and adapts to emerging technology. 1. Replies to queries y evaluating issues and concerns for clarification and for uniform interpretation of budgeting rules and regulations. 2. Gives information or advice on budgetary matters to inquiries based on budgeting rules and regulations to ensure uniform interpretation and applications. 10% - Relationship Building (Demonstrates advanced skills and extensive experience in report preparation and documentation. Consistently applies technical skills and adapts to emerging technology). 1. Establishes and maintains linkage with other offices and agencies on budgetary related concerns by establishing open communication and maintaining a strong working relationship to achieve effective and efficient collaborative arrangements with these offices. 2. Assists in providing technical and administrative assistance to other offices and units on budgetary related matters by providing advice and relevant information as requested. 10 % - Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
