THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- 30% Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies, applications for Program Registrations, Assessment Centers, Qualification Maps for Scholarship Programs, etc - 20% Provides technical assistance/instructional services to agency beneficiaries through the conductof briefings/orientations of TVET partners in Program Registrations, Assessment Centers, Competency Assessors and/or Scholarship and Planning; - 10% Consolidates data and other periodic reports; - 10% Implement quality standards and procedures - 10% Assists in the development of procedures and techniques; - 10% Consolidates data and other periodic reports in assessing TVET needs and in the formulation of educational/ training program for his subject field; and - 10% Performs other related functions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job Experience: One year of relevant experience Training: Four hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second-Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional skills in written and oral communication • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications • Good in networking and linkaging • Possesses positive work values • Good interpersonal relations • Pleasing personality is a must • Good Moral Character and work ethics • Willing to work under pressure

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for January to December 2024 for outside

  applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA

  applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Work experience sheet (CS Form No. 212) (mm-dd-yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
