SALARY: SG-9 22,219.00 PERA: 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

30% - Performs general administrative duties to include but not limited to Cashiering functions/transactions 20% - Facilitates DV, ORS, Certificates and other supporting documents for payments (mobile, PLDT, RATA, travels, Catering Services and S/M supplies) and monitors fund utilization of the division 20% - Develops/maintains efficient and effective filing and documentation system (hard and e-copy) 15% - Schedules and/or updates schedule of meetings, monitors the offices supplies and materials, functionality of machines and equipment, furniture and fixture, lighting power supply, among other and ensures concerns are addressed and fixed; and 10% - Performs general administrative duties but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and coordination with other offices, among others; 5% - Performs other administrative functions as maybe assigned


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course Experience: One year of relevant experience Training: Four hours of relevant training Eligibility: Relevant MC 11, s. 1996 / Career Service (Sub-Professional)/First-Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Observance of Protocols and Institutionalized Processes • Computer and Digital Literacy • Oral and written communication skills • Monitoring and evaluation skills • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision • Good moral character • Good interpersonal relationship

  applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA

  applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Work experience sheet (CS Form No. 212) (mm-dd-yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
