POSITION: TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST II

OFFICE: PROVINCIAL TRAINING CENTER - TAYTAY, RIZAL, TESDA REGION IV-A
SALARY: SG-16 PhP 41,616.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

(20%) Participates in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the targets and performance of Offices according to agreed indicators and measures; (15%) Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders and customers on matters related to OPCR Preparation, Monitoring and Assessment, QMS implementation, Agency Accomplishments, Budget preparation, and the operations; (15%) Reviews and evaluates incoming purchase requests to ensure quality and adequacy of information, specifications and quantities; (10%) Supports the conduct of periodic inventory undertaking and facilitates physical verification of inventory items and prepares reports relative thereto; (10%) Identifies and recommends for disposal all non-expendable properties of the agency; (10%) Supports timely preparation and submission of the following reports (Annual Procurement Plan, Pre and Post Repair Inspection Reports, Report of Waste Materials, Acknowledgement Receipt of Articles, Invoice Receipt of Property); and (10%) Coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services; (5%) Monitors status of existing requisitions; and (5%) Performs other related functions

Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job Experience : 1 year relevant experience Training : 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing - Working knowledge of MS Office Applications - Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude - Good moral character and work ethics - Can work under pressure
