15 % - Supervises the operations of the RTC; develops annual operational plans; manages training schedules; and ensures the maintenance of facilities and equipment; 15 % - Assists the RTC Chief in developing institutional policies by recommending guidelines, systems and procedures to ensure effective and efficient delivery of programs and services; 10 % - Maintains and fosters partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders; negotiates and forges partnerships through agreements and monitors and evaluates established partnerships; 10 % - Assists the RTC Chief in preparing Center’s commitment and targets and ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively integrated into Center’s operations; recommends projects, programs and activities; 10 % - Assists the RTC Chief in the conduct of performance reviews, identifying learning and development needs, mentoring and implementing individualized development plans to enhance employee performance and professional development; 10 % - Supervises the development of advocacy plans and promotional materials; 15 % - Supervises the implementation of the quality management system; conducts evaluations based on the agency’s quality management system; and recommends process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the RTC’s operations; 10 % - Supervises data management and assists with research in gathering information essentials to RTC operations; and 5 % - Perform related works and assigned tasks.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 3 years of relevant experience Training: 16 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility
• Preferably with NTTC • Must be physically fit with good moral character • Advance oral and written communication skills • Computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office Applications • Adheres to professional work ethics • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision • Advance Analytical Skills • Good Interpersonal Working Relationship in a team environment
