40% - Supervises and manages the operations, activities and programs of the Administrative Unit of the Provincial Office: 1. HR Functions; 2. Financial and Budgeting Functions; and’ 3. Supply/Property Management and General Services Functions; 15% - Performs personnel management functions of the office (Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Rewards and Recognition) 20% - Supervises and manages the administrative operations of the Provincial Office especially on: - Recruitment, Selection and Promotion personnel; - Staff Development Program; - Personnel Information Systems and Personnel Records; - Employee Compensation and Benefits and Awards - Attendance monitoring and Leave Administration - Grievance and Employee Relations - Performance Evaluation and Monitoring; and - Personnel Reports preparation. 5% - Provision of technical assistance and administrative support; 10% - Prepares guidelines for the implementation of programs; 5% - Plan Staff Development Programs of the Provincial Office; and 5% - Performs other related functions as maybe assigned/authorized.

- Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
- Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
